Three pitchers with Ultima electrolyte mocktinis

Bursting with hydrating and keto-friendly electrolytes, these Ultima electrolyte Mocktini recipes taste like fancy mocktails, minus the sugar and alcohol. And because we’re using Ultima electrolyte powder, every serving contains a super-blend of electrolytes, support minerals, vitamin C, and zinc. That means that they not only taste amazing but deliver a host of body-boosting benefits.

Let’s get mixing!

Ultima Electrolyte Mocktini Ingredients

Ingredients to make Ultima mocktiniss such as electrolyte powder and fruit

Ultima Electrolyte Powder

If you caught my Festive Fall Punch recipe last year then you’ll already know how obsessed I am with these awesome electrolyte stickpacks. I’m a huge fan of their Cherry Pomegranate Hydration Powder so I was excited to discover their new Mocktini range. The variety pack includes three cocktail-inspired flavors: Coconut Pina Colada, Appletini, and Peach Bellini. Each flavor will form the base of its own unique mocktini.

Like their other flavors, the Ultima electrolyte Mocktini powders are bursting with fruity yumminess, and taste amazing mixed with a medley of fresh fruit. Unlike other electrolyte powders, Ultima only uses natural flavor extracts and organic stevia leaf for sweetness, so you don’t need to worry about any nasties.

Plus, Ultima Electrolyte Powder ingredients are:

  • Vegan
  • Sugar-Free
  • Low calorie
  • Low carb
  • Non-GMO
  • Caffeine-Free
  • Gluten-Free
  • Paleo-Friendly
  • Keto-Friendly
  • DELICIOUS!

Appletini Mocktini with Cucumber + Kiwi

Ultima Replenisher Appletini electrolyte mix
The ultimate sweet but sour cocktail, this mocktini captures the tangy essence of a classic appletini without the sugar and alcohol! You’ll need one stickpack for this recipe.

Kiwi
Kiwi and apple is a classic flavor combination, so I’ve added one peeled and sliced kiwi fruit to the mix.

English cucumber
Add a refreshing twist to your appletini mocktail by adding 1/4 of an English cucumber, finely sliced.

Sparkling water & ice
I love this recipe with a little fizz, so I added 16 oz of sparkling water and lots of ice.

Peach Bellini Mocktini with Peaches, Berries & Ginger

I’ll be using one stickpack of Ultima Peach Bellini powder to form the base of this mocktini. If you’re a fan of sweet, juicy flavors and Mediterranean-inspired cocktails then this one is for you!

Peach
You’ll need one fresh peach cut into fine slices.

Berries
I used a combination of raspberries and sliced strawberries for this Peach Bellini Mocktini. If you like, feel free to use just one. You’ll need around 1/4 cup in total.

Fresh ginger
Add two slices of fresh ginger to add a little zing to your mocktails.

Sparkling water & ice
I love this recipe with a little fizz, so I added 16 oz of sparkling water and lots of ice.

Coconut Piña Colada Mocktini with Orange

Nothing says summer like a Pina Colada! Ultima’s Coconut Pina Colada stickpacks taste like a vacation in a glass. Bursting with coconut and pineapple flavor, they make the perfect base for a tropical mocktini. You’ll need one stickpack for this recipe.

Orange
Fresh orange is the perfect addition to this fruity mocktail! Peel and slice one fresh orange then add to the mix.

Sparkling water & ice
I love this recipe with a little fizz, so I added 16 oz of sparkling water and lots of ice.

How to Make Ultima Electrolyte Mocktinis

Pouring Ultima electrolyte powder into pitcher
  1. Begin by peeling and slicing any fruit you’ll be adding to your mocktail.
  2. Add the fruit and herbs, along with your Ultima Electrolyte stickpack, to the bottom of a 24oz (700ml) pitcher.
  3. Muddle the ingredients to release their flavors and break up the fruit a little.
  4. Top off the pitcher with the sparkling water and ice, and give everything a good stir.
  5. Serve fresh while the ice is still frozen.

How to Store Ultima Electrolyte Mocktini

These mocktinis taste best served fresh, before the ice has time to melt. If you’re in a hurry then prepare all the ingredients ahead of time and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Then, when you’re ready, add the sparkling water, Ultima electrolyte stickpacks, and ice to the mix.
